Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the r55 platform at https://r55.bio (hereinafter referred to as "r55", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "the User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the r55 platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version of these terms shall constitute your acceptance of those updates.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and r55 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, arrangements, or representations, whether written or oral.

Eligibility

To register and use r55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. r55 operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from accessing any real-money features of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and not under duress or compulsion.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either voluntarily imposed through r55 or through any other gambling platform, that is currently in force.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating as a proxy for a third-party player.
• You must hold only one registered account on r55. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

r55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino features on r55, you must create a single registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

Registering duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Verification (KYC)

r55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity and eligibility of all registered players. Verification may be required before a player's first withdrawal, after a player reaches certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any time at r55's discretion.

Acceptable verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (NID).
• A valid passport.
• A valid driving licence.
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.

Deposits

All deposits on r55 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. r55 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your r55 wallet in real time in most cases. In the event of a delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• r55 reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit that is identified as fraudulent, charged-back, or made using a payment method not registered in the player's name.
• r55 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

r55 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or by email.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on r55 are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. All withdrawals are issued in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Players must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have met all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the bonus terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated time will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activities on r55, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and esports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. r55 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided by r55 (for example, in the case of a match abandonment or data error).
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to human input errors or software malfunctions that result in odds materially different from the true market price — r55 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may vary by sport, event, and player account tier and are displayed in the betting interface.
• r55 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player who is identified as consistently exploiting pricing errors or engaging in syndicated betting activity designed to extract value systematically from the platform.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Results are determined by the official result at the end of the scheduled match or event. Unless explicitly stated in the specific market rules, extra time, super overs, and tie-breakers do not count for standard match betting markets.

Casino & Game Rules

All casino and game products available on r55 — including live dealer tables supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles supplied by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, fishing games including Dragon Fishing 2, and the Wheel arcade — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface, as well as the following general conditions:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled studio conditions.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use r55 for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players in casino table games or poker-style formats.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them to r55.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption of sporting events.
• Accessing r55 on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for a third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward r55 staff or other platform users.

Account Suspension & Closure

r55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Identification of a player as being under the age of 18.
• Court order or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, r55 will retain any funds in the player's wallet until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, r55 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (other than due to a terms violation), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude r55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments

r55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, r55 will notify registered players via the platform interface or by email to the address held on the player's account, with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.
